Your phone and smartwatch must both be connected over Bluetooth and through the Galaxy Wearable app to sync Samsung Health data. Make sure your Watch9 doesn't have Power saving, Aeroplane mode, or Watch only mode turned on, as these modes restrict features that are required to sync data. You can check these Settings by swiping down on your smartwatch to access the Quick Settings panel. It's important to note that whenever Aeroplane mode is turned on, Bluetooth will automatically turn off, and you'd need to manually turn Bluetooth back on each time. Die Galaxy Watch9 Serie verfügt über einen 390 mAh Akku und bietet damit eine Akkulaufzeit von bis zu 40 Stunden, wenn das Always On Display deaktiviert ist, und bis zu 30 Stunden mit aktiviertem Always On Display. Your device is capable of up to 40 hours of life, depending on usage. Usage is a huge factor in the battery length of a watch, and features such as Always On Display and continuous health monitoring will have a great impact on how long each charge lasts. Please take a look at the battery saving guidance on the following link, to ensure you get the most out of your watch's battery: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/reduced-battery-life-on-your-samsung-galaxy-watch/ As for charging, due to the way that the watch is designed, it isn't compatible with previous watch chargers. It will work perfectly with the charger included in the box, and we would recommend using that going forward, and any spares you purchase would need to be specifically made for the Galaxy Watch9. While we don't have set charge times for our watches, as long as you are using the official charger and adapter, and there are no obstructions between the charger and watch, you should be receiving the best charging times. However, we're sorry to learn that you're unhappy with the charging speeds. We appreciate the comparison to your previous Galaxy Fit2. To clarify, the Galaxy Fit2 is a completely different product category from the Galaxy Watch9. While the Watch9 is a powerful smartwatch, the Fit2 is a lightweight activity band. The Watch9 battery is much larger, but it has a much more powerful processor, and it requires more regular charging because it uses many complex apps, a high-refresh display, continuous background sensors, and Wear OS, among other upgraded features and hardware. Roughly an hour and a half charging time does sound about right to reach 100% charge, but if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Support Teams who are always happy to help.
