Llevo pocos días usando la lavadora secadora pero las primeras impresiones son muy buenas. Es muy silenciosa incluso en ciclos de lavado y secado, es muy intuitiva y la pantalla ofrece muchas opciones incluso ver vídeos musicales si por casualidad te encuentras en el cuarto donde está instalada la máquina. Si le tengo que poner algunas contras es por ejemplo que si se te queda un calcetín al fondo del tambor tienes que tener el brazo muy largo o meter la cabeza en el bombo, el filtro te pide que lo limpies casi después de cada ciclo de secadora pero está contra no es muy mala, mi otra lavadora secadora de una marca también prestigiosa (AE..) Dejaba muchos restos de pelusa mojada después de terminar un lavado secado y los transfería al siguiente lavado, la máquina muy pesada olvídate de rodarla para fregar. En definitiva la máquina es un espectáculo y muy bonita en color gris oscuro

Me ha encantado su gran capacidad de secado en una lavadora-secadora manteniendo un excelente ahorro energético, ya que la gran mayoría no suelen ofrecer más de 8 kg de secado en una misma máquina y tampoco tienen buen ahorro energético en el secado. Además, esta lavadora-secadora de Samsung incluye muchas funciones inteligentes que facilitan mucho el proceso de lavado y secado, como la apertura automática de la puerta cuando acaba el ciclo y la autodosificación de detergente de larga duración. Muy emocionada con la compra.

Desde que adquirí la lavasecadora Samsung de 18 kg de lavado y 11 kg de secado en color grafito, la colada ha dejado de ser una tarea tediosa para convertirse en algo mucho más sencillo y eficiente. El diseño en grafito es sencillamente espectacular y le da un toque de modernidad y elegancia a mi cuarto de lavado. Más allá de la estética, lo que realmente me ha impresionado es el rendimiento. La capacidad de 18 kg para lavado es fantástica; puedo lavar grandes cargas, incluyendo edredones y ropa de cama voluminosa, en un solo ciclo, lo que me ahorra mucho tiempo y energía. La función de secado de 11 kg también es excepcional. La ropa sale perfectamente seca y cuidada, sin el apelmazamiento o el exceso de arrugas que a veces experimentaba con mi máquina anterior. Lo compré el día 16. Su instalador no instaló correctamente la tubería de agua, lo que provocó una fuga de agua. Me comuniqué con usted el día 19. Me dijo que un técnico se comunicaría conmigo para reinstalarlo. Han pasado 8 días y ningún técnico ha venido. Necesito que limpien la ropa y no puedo esperar más. It has a large capacity. We were able to wash our comforter with no issues! Lots of cycles to choose from. Very quiet. Drying has been spot on so far. Love that it knows the amount of detergent to dispense based in load.

The washer is great. It has good capacity and it can measure the load and determine its detergent size. We love that the washer/dryer is all in one machine. The washer is so quiet we can barely hear when it's running. It might take a little long to complete the whole cycle, but we schedule the loads accordingly so it can be done timely.

It saves me a lot of time and makes doing laundry much more convenient. I can throw a load in, start it, and not have to worry about remembering to transfer it to the dryer later. That gives me more time to take care of other things around the house. The only thing I would change is the design of the lint collection system. It does a good job collecting lint, but when it builds up, it can be a little difficult to remove and clean out. Other than that, it’s a great machine and I’ve been very happy with it. Definitely a convenient upgrade for anyone who wants to simplify laundry day.

I love putting in a load of laundry in the evening and programming the washer to have the load ready when I wake up. We use cheaper electricity and I have a reason to wake up on time! You MUST clean the vent before every wash, which I already was in the habit of doing. It is worth it because you no longer have to worry about a lint fire since the unit doesn’t have to be vented. I love putting in one load and not having to run down to change loads and put clothes in the dryer. I love the App because I can monitor when loads will be ready and plan my time accordingly. My only complaint is that I have to hold a bucket at an angle to drain the tiny hose when I clean the drain trap. The door/cover opens at an angle that doesn’t let you point the hose easily. We had to buy the base because I had to previously sit on the floor to drain the hose and my bucket always overflowed because it was angled too steeply. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to anyone who likes technology, energy efficiency, and less frequent trips to the laundry room.

I love my Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo Washer and Dryer. Our townhouse had the washer and dryer just inside the ensuite bathroom. We needed a solution that took up less space and didn't require venting. The All-in-One fit the bill beautifully. I love the AI setting; it makes all the decisions for me. The only drawback is that it takes a little longer to do laundry since I can't have one load in the washer while another is in the dryer. But since my husband and I are retired, we have the time plus we don't have a lot of laundry, so for us it's not a problem.

This all-in-one has completely changed how I do laundry. The capacity is impressive — I can fit a full comforter or a week’s worth of clothes in one load without overpacking. I’ve run through most of the cycles now, from quick wash to heavy duty, and each one delivers consistent, thorough results. The drying performance is where it really shines: clothes come out fully dry and ready to wear, no need for a second cycle or a separate dryer run. Moisture sensing seems spot on too — nothing comes out damp, but nothing’s over-dried or shrunk either. As for vibration, even on spin cycles it stays remarkably quiet and stable, no walking or rattling on the floor. Highly recommend if you’re tight on space but don’t want to compromise on performance.

So far this is the best refrigerator we have in over the years. It’s easy to maneuver the things on what you need to reach. I didn’t realize how a good fridge could make your daily life easier and more enjoyable. One feature that is most convenient is the french door style which offers a clear view of your food and the built in water filter that is easy to reach and replace. The deodorizer was also superb. No doubt this is a one class fridge so go get one.

Has plenty of room for everything you’d need which was a thing I was worried about before buying and I’ve had no problem with it I only do laundry a max of two times a week and they are pretty big loads the. cycles do not take long either about the same time it would take you to wash and dry which is normal amount of time it does take a little longer if you stuff it full because it would need to make sure everything is dry and I’ve never had a problem with my clothes being wet or damp after it’s done. The machine its self is very quiet it’s in my kitchen because I have a small house and I can’t hear it in the next room or causes any problems hearing my TV

This is the best washer we ever had our apt had no w/d so this is a life saver plus its a step closer to set it and forget it. We really like that theres no need to switch clothes to a dryer. Your clothes will never smell like moisture from sitting in a wet washer. The drum is very large, it can fit a down duvet insert with no issues and use all the preset cycles it comes with. Does vibrate a little but with some rubber pads under it, its all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this until in October of 2025. I had 3 service calls due to the dryer and the 4th time wasn’t repairable. I got a depreciated amount refund even though it was still under warranty and that was my only option. Also after so many washes you have to manually drain the washer and clean out the washer filter which is very inconvenient. I did like that the detergent and softener dispenser held quite a bit of liquid and didn’t have to put in everytime since my kids forget sometimes. I also liked that I could operate it from my phone to make it easier for my kids. I won’t recommend this model at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall: 8.5/10 — a very good all-in-one, especially if you want convenience and don't have a dryer vent. What I like: One machine does everything — no moving wet clothes from washer to dryer. 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is large enough for substantial family-size loads. Ventless heat-pump drying means you don't need a traditional dryer vent. Samsung advertises a 98-minute wash-and-dry Super Speed cycle. It's relatively quiet, and many owners report good washing and drying performance. SmartThings connectivity and notifications are genuinely useful. Would I buy it? Yes, if your priority is convenience and space. Being able to put clothes in, press Start, and come back to clean, dry clothes without transferring anything is a huge advantage. If you have room for separate washer + dryer, though, I'd still favor separate machines for maximum drying speed and potentially easier repairs. If you specifically want an all-in-one, this Samsung is one of the better options I'd consider.

The washing performance is excellent, and the drying cycle does a great job without leaving clothes overly damp. I also really like how quiet and smooth it runs with minimal vibration. The AI features are convenient and make it easy to choose the right settings. Overall, it’s a great all-in-one machine and has been a fantastic addition to my home. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer/dryer combo for a while now and the biggest thing I love is being able to put a load in and completely forget about it until it's washed and dried. Not having to come back and transfer wet clothes to a separate dryer is honestly more convenient than I expected. The capacity is really good and I've been able to wash fairly large loads without any issues. Clothes come out clean and dry, and the machine is surprisingly quiet while running. The touchscreen is also very easy to use and gives the whole machine a really modern feel. I also like that it automatically adjusts the settings depending on the load instead of me having to figure everything out every time. The only downside I've noticed is that larger loads, towels, or heavier items can take longer to completely dry than they would in a traditional separate dryer. You also have to make sure you clean the lint filter regularly. Neither has been a major issue for me, but it's something to know going into a ventless machine. Overall, I'm very happy with it. The convenience of washing and drying everything in one machine has made laundry much easier, it saves a lot of space, and I love being able to start a load and not worry about switching it over later. I would definitely recommend it, especially if convenience and space saving are important to you.

We have had our ventless all in one for almost 2 years and love it. The huge capacity and load sensing is perfect for busy homes. Everything comes out fresh and clean. It has so many diffrent options it really does it all. I did purchase the pedestal a while after we’d had it and I want to say get the pedestal during the machine delivery as it is incredibly heavy to lift on the pedestal. I truely love our all in one. We don’t really use the internet stuff on the machine but it does have many things on it as well.

I have a small utility room so I wanted the combo so I would have extra space to put a cabinet for storage, I am so so impressed with this washer dryer combo and I’m having so much fun trying the different things with it. Bought 1 combo to replace washer then a 2nd to replace the dryer when it broke down. Now we have two combos which is great due to our big family laundry needs. We can wash and dry 2 loads at a time in the same space as a single washer and dryer. The elimination of the 220V electrical was convenient as well. Completely satisfied with washing and drying performance.

Cycles last a bit too long and vent or tube becomes clogged and causes some issues. Have to constantly clean out the tubing and dry cycles last too long
