How to mute game sounds with Gaming Hub on your Samsung Galaxy

Gaming Hub lets you mute game sounds without changing the volume level on your Samsung Galaxy. When you are ready to hear your game again, simply turn off the Mute feature to resume playing at your preferred volume level.
Turn game sounds on or off in Gaming Hub
You can turn game sounds on or off directly from Gaming Hub. The speaker icon shows whether the Mute feature is currently on or off. Follow the steps below to access and use this feature.
Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub.
Step 2. Tap My games.
Step 3. Tap the Speaker icon to mute game sounds. When Mute is on, the speaker icon is crossed out.
Step 4. Tap the Mute icon to turn game sounds back on. When Mute is off, the speaker icon is no longer crossed out.
Note:
- If Mute is on while you are playing a game, pressing a volume button lets you adjust the volume level but does not turn game sounds back on. Set the volume to your preferred level, then tap the pop-up message that appears to turn off Mute. Game sounds will resume at the volume level you selected.
- The Mute feature may not be available on some models.
- Mute does not apply to Instant Play games.
